Role Summary
IoK is in a rapid expansion phase. We're enrolling first-generation graduates from across the Hindi belt into India's most focused job-oriented healthspan course.
To serve them, we need exceptional people on our team first. That's where you come in.
As an HRE, you own the full hiring cycle for mid-senior to senior talent across our operations. You identify, attract, screen, and close the right people fast - people who commit, perform, and stay.
Responsibilities
What You'll Own Every Day
Source aggressively. Use job portals, LinkedIn, college alumni networks, and direct outreach to find mid-senior and senior talent suited for our Hindi-belt operations.
Screen with precision. Conduct structured first-round telephonic interviews. Filter for drive, discipline, and domain fit. Don't pass through warm bodies.
Close strong candidates fast. Articulate IoK's mission, growth story, and compensation structure clearly. Move candidates from interested to signed before they cool off.
Own your pipeline. Know your conversion rates at every stage - source to screen, screen to offer, offer to join.
Reduce drop-offs. Stay in contact with accepted candidates until Day 1. No ghost joiners on your watch.
Drive the referral engine. Actively encourage new hires to refer strong candidates into the organization. Your network is your asset.
Track retention outcomes. Your variable pay depends on the hires you recruited staying on and performing. Hire right the first time.
Report Daily. Share a crisp hiring report by 8 pm - pipeline health, offers made, joinings, and blockers.

Key Responsibilities
During your probation (Primary focus: Hindi-belt states of India)
and beyond, you will:
- Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for:
- Heads of Regional / Zonal Business Development
- Business Development Executives (BDEs)
- Sales Executives (SEs)
- Other strategic departments
- Leverage diverse hiring channels:
- Campus hiring
- X-Ray search
- Candidate referrals
- Professional networks & social media
- Online job portals and databases
- Screen resumes and applications for capability, ambition, and culture fit
- Conduct phone/video interviews
- Perform reference checks and background verification
- Issue offers and manage hiring workflows through the system
- Lead onboarding and induction
- Handle employee relations, concerns, and grievances
- Track learning, performance, probation, and promotion readiness
- Monitor KPIs/KRAs and performance dashboards to ensure accurate payroll, incentives, and bonuses

Minimum Benchmarks
Within your Probation Period, you are expected to hire:
9+ HoRBDs / HoZBDs quality hires

Probation Period:
You Choose. Based on Your Confidence.
When filling the application form, you select your own probation length - anywhere from 1 month to 11 months. Choose based on your real-world hiring experience and how confident you are in delivering results. The longer probation you commit to, the higher your target permanent CTC ceiling. Be honest with yourself. This is your call.
Stipend During Probation
- ₹70,000/month (26 working days), plus
- ₹29,900/month towards:
- Mobile & data
- Business phone subscription
- Laptop/mobile EMI or depreciation
- Hiring portal subscriptions/ads
Total: ₹99,900/month
Joining Bonus
- Joining bonus Rs.3 00 000/-
- Payable upon successful completion of probation
