Key Responsibilities
During your probation (Primary focus: Hindi-belt states of India)
and beyond, you will:
- Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for:
- Leverage diverse hiring channels:
- Campus hiring
- X-Ray search
- Candidate referrals
- Professional networks & social media
- Online job portals and databases
- Screen resumes and applications for capability, ambition, and culture fit
- Conduct phone/video interviews
- Perform reference checks and background verification
- Issue offers and manage hiring workflows through the system
- Lead onboarding and induction
- Handle employee relations, concerns, and grievances
- Track learning, performance, probation, and promotion readiness
- Monitor KPIs/KRAs and performance dashboards to ensure accurate payroll, incentives, and bonuses
Your 90-Day Leadership Mission (Probation Period)
Minimum Benchmarks
Within your first 3 months, you are expected to hire:
- 5+ HoRBDs / HoZBDs, and
- 10+ BDEs / SEs
Total: 15 quality hires

- You are expected to set performance culture early, not fix it later

What You Earn on Clearing Probation
Post-probation CTC: ₹12 LPA
Unlocked once you successfully build 20 active, performing hires within 90 days.
This becomes your leadership base platform.
How Your Income Grows With Your Impact (Beyond 20 Hires)
Once the first 15 hires are in place, every additional hire you made during probation becomes a permanent CTC growth lever—after they complete their own probation.
CTC Growth per Additional Hire (16th onward)
- Category A Hire
(Graduates from top Indian institutes)
→ +₹10,000 per year
- Category B Hire
(Graduates from other recognized colleges)
→ +₹3,300 per year
Hire stronger people → build stronger teams → earn higher lifetime CTC.
Worked Example: Scenario with Only 22 Total Hires
- First 15 hires → ₹12 LPA confirmed CTC
Additional 7 hires:
- 4 Category A → 4 × ₹10,000 = ₹40,000
- 3 Category B → 3 × ₹3,300 = ₹9,900
Annual CTC Increase: ₹49,900
Revised CTC: ₹12.499 LPA
