The Epiphany
It wasn't a tragic accident or a sudden phone call that changed Keshav. It was a thumb.
One Tuesday night, sitting in his air-conditioned high-rise, Keshav was scrolling through his family WhatsApp group. Scroll. “RIP.” Scroll. “Om Shanti.” Scroll. “Bhagwan unhe charno mein sthan de.”
As he scrolled back through three years of chats, a chilling pattern emerged. The deaths weren't random. They happened in clusters. The same months. The same waves. The same seasonal silence. His grandfather. His favorite uncle. The neighbor who used to give him chocolate.
The realization hit him like a physical blow: The people who built him were disappearing in the same "window" every year, and the only thing the world offered was a digital prayer.
The Gold and the Guilt
Keshav stared at his wall—the IIT degree, the IIM trophies, the premium health insurance cards. They felt like expensive scraps of paper.
He remembered the clinking of his grandmother’s gold bangles as she handed them over to the jeweler to pay his coaching fees. He remembered his grandfather’s worn-out slippers, never replaced because "the boy needs a new laptop." They had said, “Padh le beta, hum sambhaal lenge” (Study, son, we will manage).
They managed his future, but he couldn't manage their survival.
Despite the "Best Hospitals" and the "Platinum Policies," the system didn't reach the dust of his village. The money was in the city; the tragedy was in the roots. There was no Mrityunjay (the conqueror of death) standing guard at their door.
The Call to Arms: The Mrityunjay Mission
That night, Keshav stopped being a corporate executive and became a man on a mission.
He reached out to his circle—the friends and juniors who, like him, were tired of being "successful but helpless." Men like Omkar, the sales superstars who know how to move mountains, and Kaustubh, the "Captains" who lead with fire.
The Vision is clear: Keshav is looking for Senapatis (Commanders) for the four zones. These aren't just field managers; they are leaders who will build and train an army of 40+ Warriors in their zones.

Role Overview:
Head of Regional Business Development (HoRBD)
The HoRBD is a senior leadership position responsible for building and scaling a regional sales ecosystem across approximately 80+ districts. The role operates with full autonomy from day one and is accountable for the performance of an entire region comprising four to six Zonal Heads (HoZBD) and their downstream teams of Business Development Executives (BDE), Sales Executives (SE), and Licensed Mission Associates (LMA).
It demands the spirit of a founder, the discipline of a general, and the emotional rootedness of someone who genuinely wants to transform the lives of people in their home region.
The Product and Business Model
Product: A 30-day job-oriented course designed to make learners employable and income-generating within one month.
Sales model: Direct selling through Licensed Mission Associates (LMAs), who are licensed by BDEs and SEs at the district level.
Revenue driver: Learning fee paid by students, and licensing fees paid by LMAs. The HoRBD earns a performance-linked percentage of regional revenue.
The Objective of the Role
The objective is to build a regional army of sales leaders and motivated entrepreneurs who can take the IoK® course to every panchayat in the region. The goal is to help 100+ aspiring individuals per district become grassroot Enrollment providers to create a network of health, wealth and dignity in their respective areas.
Regional target: Recruit 4 to 6 Zonal Heads (HoZBD, archetype: Omkar) who manage their respective zones.
Zonal target: Each Zonal Head builds a team of district-level captains (BDE & SE archetype: Kaustubh) who find and License LMAs (archetype: Ramavatarji).
District target: Each district should produce a minimum number of enrolled students per month, driven by an active LMA network.
Long-term vision: Create a self-sustaining ecosystem where successful HoRBDs become CEOs in sister companies, HoZBDs and BDEs become regional/Zonal role models respectively, and LMAs inspire leftover prospects to capture license of new business opportunities.
Earnings Potential (2026–27)
HoRBD (Keshav): Target earnings exceed ₹1.5 crore in the first full performance year.
HoZBD (Omkar, per zone): Target earnings range from ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore.
Joining bonus: Equal to three months’ stipend, paid upon successful completion of probation period.
Variable CTC basis: Average number of students joined the course per district per month.
Annual performance incentive: Number of Authorised Enrollment Associates (AEA) in the region who achieve 1,000 eligible student enrolments in a single district during the Financial Year. Additional bonus linked to regional revenue milestones.
