Head of Zonal Business Development: Compensation, Authority & Performance Accountability.
A. One-Time Performance-Linked Incentive for Executive Hiring, Mentorship, and Business Expansion (Not part of regular CTC)
B. Monthly Recurring Performance Incentive (Variable Part of regular CTC)
C. CTC in LPA After Successful Completion of a Three-Month Probation Period:
A “District” means where IoK’s BDE+SEs and their LMAs actively achieve their cumulative weekly & monthly targets.
CTC in LPA shall be applicable after successful completion of a three-month probation period, during which the Zone Head is expected to build, stabilize, and scale district-level revenue leadership across the assigned zone.
Core Responsibility During Probation
As Zone Head, you are accountable for end-to-end coverage of every district within your zone through the following:
Recruitment, onboarding, training, hand-holding, and mentoring of one performing BDE+1SE per district.
Ensuring field success, ethical execution, and revenue discipline of all BDEs/SEs operating in the zone.
Maintaining quality control of student eligibility testing and licensing outcomes, in line with IoK® Education standards.
Mandatory Performance Benchmarks (Per Recruited BDE/SE)
Each BDE/SE recruited and approved under your zone must achieve minimum weekly licensing revenue targets as follows:
Week 1: ₹495
Week 2: ₹4,995
Week 3 onward: ₹49,995 per week
Further, each BDE/SE must generate total licensing revenue exceeding ₹5,00,000 (₹5 lakh) within their two-month probation period.
Zone Head Confirmation Criteria
Confirmation as Zone Head and eligibility for the stated CTC in LPA is contingent upon:
Successful activation of one performing BDE+SE in every district of the zone
Demonstrated ability to replicate performance standards consistently, not isolated success
Achievement of aggregate zonal licensing revenue derived from compliant BDE+SE performance
Proven leadership in creating earners and revenue systems, not merely recruitment volume
Leadership Intent
This role is not about supervision alone.
It is about building district-wise economic engines, developing field leaders who earn and enable others to earn, and ensuring that IoK® Education’s mission translates into measurable HDI-level impact at scale.
