If you exceed your hiring target of 9 candidates, during your probation period, your post-probation CTC will be calculated and evolve according to the number of candidates you and your HRBDs/HZBDs/Executives brought in; who complete their own probation subsequently and perform well in the team.
For each additional qualified candidate (n) hired beyond the target of 9, your post-probation CTC will increase depending upon the Category of Hire and their Role as Junior/ Mid-senior/ Senior by the amount shown in the above table
“n” is the number of candidates hired beyond the target of 9.
Your CTC per year will be = (n X rate shown above) + (n X rate shown above) depending on the number of candidates hired beyond the target of 9 from respective categories.
The post probation starting CTC is 12 Lakh per year.
