Required qualifications include a BBA/ MBA/ PGDM degree. Specifically, a Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources or a related field obtained from regular classes (not correspondence/online) is desirable. However, candidates with solid experience in recruitment/team management/training but without a formal management degree are also encouraged to apply confidently.
