While millions of other courses are available today, why is this course?

Problem: Recent graduates (21 years old), focused solely on getting a "well-settled" job, often delay contributing to society. They believe passing an exam is the key, but...

Reason: The job market has a surplus of graduates, making it difficult to land that ideal job right away. This creates a frustrating cycle of qualification and struggle.

1. Today a 21 year old recent pass out of any college forgets to start contributing positively towards family, society, nation or in a broader perspective of humanity. This is because of entangling oneself in preparing for tests in the illusion that after qualifying, he or she can start earning a well settled life and contribute towards the wellbeing of society.
2. But thanks to the over availability of graduates in relation to available vacancies, the period in between passing out the qualifying examination and getting selected for a well earning job; extends to unending exercise of "struggle and frustration".
3. What we can see today is: the student population which has parents in services of organized jobs, predominantly pursuing career choices like "IIT, MBBS, IAS, UPSC, or management stream".
4. Here again thanks to the abundance of young chaps (population), coupled with surplus income in the organized sector; fuels competition in admissions and prohibitive fee structure beyond the capability of 90% Indian families
5. Again when the student comes out after all of this time, effort and money invested; and victimized by the disease called Affluenza; feels privileged enough to forget empathy towards society at large. In the absence of any sort of empathy, how can we expect one to think about carbon footprint?? Thanks to this, can we not see the widespread moral degradation and corruption in every conceivable way in our society?
6. Despite investment of billions in making education infrastructure, by tax money, by the private sector, coupled with the parents providing fees for their kids; the nation as a whole belongs lower than other 100+ nations; in the field of Human Development Index (HDI).
7. Today we have the world's largest population, coupled with hordes of unemployed graduates; in our nation waiting to be married; after getting one regular job and start contributing towards the wellbeing of society.
8. To leverage these assets for gaining a better position at the Human Development Index (HDI) this course is designed.
