If you are unable to enroll the required minimum number of students during the license period, your fixed honorarium will be discontinued from the second quarter onward. 

From that point, any earnings will be based on a mutual agreement between you and the Sole Enrollment Associate of your tehsil or district.

To prevent this you may opt for another month's license to achieve the threshold number of enrolments.
