Transparent Hiring Process
The application process involves 10 steps:
- Step 1: Visiting and understanding the job page & all the provided hyperlinks.
- Step 2: Filling out the application form.
- Step 3: Fixing the interview timing and date.
- Step 4: Receiving the call at the scheduled time and Answering questions regarding the pages visited in the telephonic interview without rambling.
- Step 5: Providing two references for background verification if shortlisted.
- Step 6: Completing the self-exercise mentioned on the page and accepting the offer within a stipulated time frame.
- Step 7: Submitting confidentiality agreement, Stakeholder Documents.
- Step 8: Creating a username and password to access the portal for Mutual Alignment: Before your official start, we’ll share a brief set of pre-onboarding materials. These are designed to foster clarity, shared understanding, and cultural alignment — laying the groundwork for a successful journey ahead.
- Step 9: With alignment in place, you’re free to dive into onboarding at your own pace — we trust you to lead your ramp-up.
