How your CTC will be decided (for the HRE role)
- During the probation period (first ~2 months):
• You don’t start with the full CTC range immediately.
• You receive a stipend of ~₹25,000/month (₹21,100 + work expenses) during probation. - After successful probation:
• The post-probation base CTC starts at ₹4 LPA.
• Then, your yearly CTC grows with performance based on how many qualified hires you brought in; perform well.
– For every extra Category A hire beyond the minimum target, +₹1,00,000/year.
– For every extra Category B hire beyond the minimum target, +₹33,000/year. - The “₹4 – 98 LPA” range reflects performance potential, not a starting salary based on your previous job or expectations.
• This means your final CTC depends on how well you selected hires perform after your probation rather than just your last salary.
• There’s no guaranteed starting CTC just because of your prior salary — it’s performance-driven.
Does your previous salary matter?
No.
For this role at IoK® Education, your post-probation package isn’t determined by your previous salary or your expectation in the resume/interview. Instead, it’s determined by:
- meeting/exceeding probation hiring targets
- Quality and number of your hires, appointed by you and varies according to their performance; after completion of your probation
This means even someone with a lower previous salary can earn much higher if they perform well and vice-versa.
