At IoK® Education Private Limited, our mission is:

Improve India's HDI ranking, by empowering first-generation graduates, to detect health risks early, in the working-age population; through non-invasive care while enabling those graduates to earn ₹1 crore within five years.

 By making a 'longer, healthier, and more meaningful life' everybody’s priority.

We believe that India’s future rests in the hands of its first-generation graduates—the unsung pioneers who carry the hopes of their families and communities. 

By equipping them with world-class education, research training, and career pathways, we empower them not only to transform their own lives

IoK® exists to carry India from reactive healthcare to a HealthSpan-first future.

IoK® fulfills this mission by educating students to become HealthSpan Enhancers for the public, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to advance prevention, early risk awareness, and sustained well-being through education. By expanding the number of years people remain healthy, productive, and independent, this education-first approach reduces avoidable human and economic costs. Our work complements existing healthcare infrastructure, does not provide medical care, and is guided by ethical practices, transparency, and long-term national impact. Through this approach, IoK® contributes directly to a stronger workforce, healthier families, and measurable improvement in India’s human development outcomes.

The 1% Quest

In a dusty town in India, 23-year-old Koustubh sat on the edge of his bed, glaring at a screenshot on his smartphone. The headline blared: "Become Elite in 2025 – Even If You're Just Job Hunting Now!"

He scoffed. “Elite? What does that even mean?”

Reading on, he learned the definition: to be “elite” in India meant earning over ₹20 lakhs per annum—a threshold officially crossed by only 27,57,965 salaried people in AY 23-24.

India has 140+ crore people —but only 1,30,16,778 taxpayers; including individuals, HUF, firms, companies, etc earned over ₹10 lakh in AY 23–24.

But then came the twist: "To the 10% ambitious among you—those who lost years to COVID and recession—we’re offering a career path. But here's the catch: hit ₹7 LPA in 2 months, ₹18 LPA in 5, ₹30+ LPA in 8, and ₹40+ LPA in a year—or someone hungrier will seize your opportunity."

Koustubh’s pulse quickened.

He had nothing to lose. 

Degree? Yes he has. 

Drive? Burning. 

Direction? Maybe this is.

With a sincere thought about his circumstances, he whispered, “Why not me?”

Twelve months later, Koustubh stood on a conference stage, a ₹42 LPA offer letter in his inbox. 

He wasn’t just in the 1%; he was a voice for thousands still doubting themselves.

“Ambition,” he told the captivated crowd, “is a privilege. And sometimes, it begins with clicking a strange message and believing in yourself—just a little faster than the rest.”
