Now to assess the return on investment approach, regarding This Struggle to find a well paying career we must consider following three key questions:

  1. What is the time investment required?
  2. What is the total financial investment?
  3. What is the payback period for this investment, considering remuneration or professional fees?

Now, let's compare those results with the compensation we are offering for various roles.

  1. What are we offering to a recent graduate for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE)? CTC 7 to 48 LPA
  2. What honorarium do we offer to a Mission Associate100 to 1000 X in <12 month
  3. And what are we offering to a Junior Research Officer

How does IoK help uplift India's HDI ranking?

We Improve India's HDI ranking, by empowering first-generation graduates, to detect health risks early, in the working-age population; through non-invasive care while enabling those graduates to earn ₹1 crore within five years.

Behind every HDI statistic is a human story—a young graduate searching for a break, a family striving for dignity, a village dreaming of progress. IoK® believes true transformation begins when individuals are empowered not just to earn, but to lead change.

If our employees can rise to earn ₹1 crore in 1–2 years and they lift others to do the same in 2–5 years, it sparks a chain reaction—of hope, opportunity, and economic revival. This isn’t just about income. It’s about unlocking human potential at scale.

As lives improve, families thrive, and communities grow stronger, the nation’s standard of living rises—and with it, its standing in the Human Development Index. IoK® turns ambition into action and action into national impact.

Into how many distinct groups can India's population be segmented based on socioeconomic status and aspirations, and what are these groups?

India's population can be segmented into five distinct groups based on socioeconomic status and aspirations:

  1. Resigned: The poorest segment, focused on mere survival with limited hope for advancement.
  2. Strivers: Emerging from hardship, these individuals are determined to improve their and their families' lives through hard work.
  3. Mainstreamers: Having achieved basic prosperity, they prioritize stability and social acceptance while seeking self-esteem.
  4. Aspirers: Driven by status and material possessions, this group is focused on upward mobility and outperforming peers. In this group of 'wannabes', one's own comfort matters, but making the neighbors jealous is important too.
  5. Successful: The pinnacle of the pyramid, these individuals value achievement, recognition, and power.

From these five segments, our focus is on identifying first-generation graduates within Group 2 to contribute to reducing mortality rates in Groups 1, 2, and 3.

Why is this course?

While millions of other courses are available today, why is this course?

Problem: Recent graduates (21 years old), focused solely on getting a "well-settled" job, often delay contributing to society. They believe passing an exam is the key, but...

Reason: The job market has a surplus of graduates, making it difficult to land that ideal job right away. This creates a frustrating cycle of qualification and struggle.

How IOK’s Program Helps with Unemployment-Related Stress & Mental Well-Being?

Q: What are some of the main reasons graduates feel stressed, anxious, or depressed when jobs are hard to find?

A: Several factors contribute:

  • Financial instability due to lack of steady income.

  • Prolonged uncertainty, especially when there isn’t a clear path to improvement.

  • Loss of confidence, social comparisons, and fear of failure.

  • Burnout, especially if someone is doing many interviews or upskilling without seeing results.

These aren’t just “side effects”—they can deeply affect mental health, increasing risk of anxiety, depression, and in severe cases, suicidal ideation.

Q: What does IOK’s 30-day course include, and how do these features directly address those stresses?

A: IOK builds in multiple features that map onto what graduates typically need for both employability and emotional relief. Key program attributes are:

  • Instructor-led learning + interactive / live participatory demonstrations — meaning students aren’t left on their own. Having guided instruction helps reduce confusion and anxiety about whether one is “doing it right.”

  • Group discussions, tours, and outings — chances to engage socially and see practical, real-world application; breaks isolation and boosts morale.

  • Assessment built into the course so participants can track their progress, get feedback, and identify strengths and weaknesses—this builds confidence.

  • Practical, employment-oriented design: The course is explicitly intended to equip participants with the skills and knowledge “for immediate employment upon completion.” This addresses one of the biggest stressors for graduates—namely, feeling stuck.

Q: How can IOK’s features help reduce the emotional burden of unemployment?

A: Because these features tie directly to common sources of mental strain:

  • Clear structure & support guided learning relieve the uncertainty and self-doubt that often accompany joblessness.

  • Hope & direction: Knowing that the training is “job-ready” helps graduates feel they’re doing something meaningful—not just waiting.

  • Reduced duration of job-search: With practical skills and clearer candidature, graduates find employment faster, which diminishes prolonged stress and anxiety.

Q: Are there claims about solving mental health issues like depression or suicidal thoughts through the course?

A: No. The course itself isn’t therapy. But by providing:

  • Purpose

  • Direction

  • Skills & competence

  • Social interaction / peer support

…it offers many of the “protective factors” research shows help guard against worsening mental health outcomes.

Q: In summary, how does combining IOK’s features make a difference in mental well-being?

A: By offering structure, practical outcomes, community, and clear progress, IOK’s 30-day program doesn’t just increase employability—it helps reduce the emotional toll of joblessness. It works on both sides: reducing what causes stress and helping build resilience (hope, confidence, meaning).

Q: What is the Correlation Between Unemployment, Stress, and Mental Well-being?

The challenges faced by graduate students in securing employment in India have a significant impact on their mental and emotional well-being.
Research consistently demonstrates alarmingly high rates of stress, anxiety, and depression among this demographic.
Financial instability resulting from unemployment and the pervasive sense of job insecurity are major factors contributing to these mental health challenges.
One study found that over half of postgraduate students screened positive for depression and stress.
In this context, marketing the 30-day training course should subtly address the emotional burden of unemployment by positioning it as a proactive step towards enhancing employability and, consequently, reducing stress levels.
By providing a clear pathway to improved job prospects, the course directly tackles a significant underlying cause of distress for unemployed graduates.
Furthermore, the "job-oriented" nature of the training can instill a sense of hope and control, which are vital in mitigating the feelings of anxiety and helplessness often associated with unemployment.

Of particular concern is the finding that a significant percentage of postgraduate students in India report experiencing suicidal thoughts, with some studies indicating rates exceeding 30%.
Academic stress, burnout stemming from demanding workloads, and criticism from superiors are major predictors of mental health issues within this population.
While marketing the training course must be handled with extreme sensitivity and avoid making direct claims about preventing suicide, it can implicitly emphasize the program's role in providing hope, a renewed sense of purpose, and a defined direction for the future.
These factors will act as protective elements against severe mental health outcomes.
By offering a tangible route to employment and a more stable future, the course addresses a key driver of distress and contributes to a graduate's overall well-being and sense of optimism.
Additionally, the course's focus on practical skill development and job readiness will potentially alleviate the overwhelming pressure and fear of failure that often contribute to academic stress and burnout in traditional educational settings.

The very act of searching for a job is itself a considerable source of anxiety for graduates, and this process can negatively affect their mental and physical health, their social support systems, and their overall optimism.
Research indicates that prolonged periods of unemployment are linked to increased levels of worry, sadness, and stress.
Therefore, the 30-day training course should be framed as a means to expedite the often lengthy and challenging job search by equipping graduates with the necessary skills and bolstering their confidence to secure employment more quickly.
This will directly reduce the prolonged stress and anxiety associated with the job hunting process.
Moreover, by focusing on the acquisition of practical, job-ready skills, the course will enhance a graduate's confidence in their ability to successfully find employment, which in turn will serve as a buffer against the negative psychological impacts of the job search.

But how does IoK® help in improving the HDI of the nation?
Image
hdi

One of the three key pillars of Human Development Index (HDI) is life expectancy at birth, or in other words, the average age of mortality. Even small shifts in this measure can significantly raise a nation’s HDI ranking.

Scenario 1 – Positive Impact:
Suppose in a country where the average life expectancy is 72 years, 32 people survive beyond their 72nd birthday and live to see their 73rd. This small extension of life for just 32 individuals can positively lift the nation’s HDI ranking.

Scenario 2 – The Risk:
If, instead, 32 people in that same country were to pass away before their 72nd birthday, the nation’s HDI would fall.

Our Intervention – The IoK® Focus
Unlike the general population, our work is targeted at working-age individuals (25–55 years old), where the average age may be just around 40.

  • Scenario 3 – Saving one life at 40:
If we are able to prevent the early death of even one individual at age 40, the positive impact on the nation’s HDI is equivalent to the survival of 32 individuals past age 72.
  • Scenario 4 – Why it matters so much:
Every life we protect at 40 contributes as much to India’s HDI as saving 32 lives at age 71.

In short: Saving 1 life at age 40 = Extending 32 lives beyond age 71.

That is the scale of IoK®’s potential contribution to India’s Human Development Index.

The 1% Quest

In a dusty town in India, 23-year-old Koustubh sat on the edge of his bed, glaring at a screenshot on his smartphone. The headline blared: "Become Elite in 2026 – Even If You're Just Job Hunting Now!"

Koustubh

He scoffed. “Elite? What does that even mean?”

Reading on, he learned the definition: to be “elite” in India meant earning over ₹20 lakhs per annum—a threshold officially crossed by only 27,57,965 salaried people in AY 23-24.

India has 140+ crore people —but only 1,30,16,778 taxpayers; including individuals, HUF, firms, companies, etc earned over ₹10 lakh in AY 23–24.

But then came the twist: "To the 10% ambitious among you—those who lost years to COVID and recession—we’re offering a career path. But here's the catch: hit ₹7 LPA in 2 months, ₹18 LPA in 5, ₹30+ LPA in 8, and ₹40+ LPA in a year—or someone hungrier will seize your opportunity."

Koustubh’s pulse quickened.

He had nothing to lose.

Degree? Yes he has.

Drive? Burning.

Direction? Maybe this is.

With a sincere thought about his circumstances, he whispered, “Why not me?”

Twelve months later, Koustubh stood on a conference stage, a ₹42 LPA offer letter in his inbox.

He wasn’t just in the 1%; he was a voice for thousands still doubting themselves.

Ambition,” he told the captivated crowd, “is a privilege. And sometimes, it begins with clicking a strange message and believing in yourself—just a little faster than the rest.”

But how did Koustubh achieved that big package?
